It's not that difficult because I just made it a priority to get all my languages to a B1 level. Once I get them to that level, then I could do much more with them spending less time.
Trust me, grinding languages at low levels aren't my most favourite activities. I would prefer be able to watch an episode a night in something that I actually care about.
Plus since there is always noise in my background, I just decided to make be in a different language. Even passive listening is better than nothing
Yeah. Neuroplasticity is a beautiful thing. My brain is used to juggling several languages on a daily basis. Even when I am tired. It's my new normal.
Note, I do see reduction in comprehension if I am really tired one evening and the level of the content is higher. But generally, I handle them with little to no issues.
I keep telling myself. I just need to get these languages to B1 in listening and I will be fine. hahha. Easier said than done.
"Easier said than done" is true, especially if you are learning multiple languages at the same time! But given the fact you are very structured and motivated, I guess it's just a matter of time! :)
I’m in awe! How do you not get confused, and how do you find the time? 🎊🎈

Thank you for the kind mention and for sharing the articles.
It’s always rewarding to see someone engaging with the language and even experimenting with Portuguese in writing.
Continue assim. Você está no caminho certo. :)
Obrigado Prof! Eu tento o meu melhor.
'I feel little to no fatigue from interacting with eight of my target languages on a daily basis.'
I am very blown away by that sentence!
Just reading your article and seeing how many languages you manage at a time makes me feel overwhelmed, even though I'm not the one doing it.
Your approach and the number of languages you are learning are certainly very impressive!
Good luck for March! :-D
